He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Neiner and Amelia Neiner (Bilyard); his wife Betty Jane; his brothers, Robert and Dale; his grandson Michael; and his great grandchild Ella Jane.
He is survived by: his daughter Deanna; his son-in-law Francis Schroeder of Manteno; his granddaughters, Christina Brown (Nathan) of Oklahoma City, OK. and Lisa Rinehart (Zachary) of Kankakee, IL; his great grandchildren, Ozzie, Everett Brown, Griffin and Callie Rinehart; and his nieces and nephews, Lorraine, Pat, Elaine, Dalean, Debra and Alan.
