It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol M. Augustyniak of Manteno, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 4, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Fabisiak and Sophie Fabisiak (Pogorzelski); and her nephew Anthony Balderas. She is survived by: her husband Anthony Augustyniak of Manteno; her sister Elizabeth Zagone; her nieces, Christina Evans, Kimberly Balderas (Cardel Hargrove) and Jonette Fulks; her nephew Bryan Zagone; her great-nephews, Charles Evans Jr. and Anthony Balderas; and her stepdaughters, Catherine Wilson (Jeff) of Worth and Cynthia Nichol of Alsip. She is also survived by seven step-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren.
