She was predeceased by: her parents, Duane Alexander and Dorothy Alexander. She is survived by: her husband Joe Henry Bortoletto; her sons, Adam Joseph Bortoletto, John Thomas Bortoletto and Robert Scott Bartoletto (Barbie); and her siblings, Cathy Alexander, Robert Alexander (Tylene) and Renee Comstock. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great-nephews.
Memorial donations in her honor may be given to the American Cancer Society (Pancreatic Cancer Research) or Sarah Bush Lincoln Hospice.
