It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorris Ellen Partlow (Mansfield, Illinois), born in Broadlands, Illinois, who passed away on January 6, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Charles Neibarger and Clara Mae Elliott Neibarger; her husband Howard Lee Partlow; and her son Denver Partlow. She is survived by: her siblings, Leonard Neibarger of Deland, IL and Lena Neibarger of Gerald; and her children, Ernest Lee "Rex" Partlow (Cindy) of York, SC, Howard Lee Partlow, Jr (Tracy) of Mansfield, IL and Brenda Sue Voss (Mark) of Urbana, IL. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
