He was predeceased by: his mother Cheryl Nowlin (Babcook). He is survived by: his father Rev. Ray S. Nowlin; his wife Teresa; his grandsons, Bo of Manito and Brandon VonBoeckman of Manito; and his siblings-in-law, Jacqueline Rebman of Rushville, IL and Tim Pazara (Linda) of Channahon.

His family requests any memorial contributions be made in Bill's honor to the American Red Cross or charity of the donor's choice.
