He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Berry and Katherine Berry (Hessenius); and his wife Debbie Berry. He is survived by: his children, Stacy Berry of Chicago, Thomas Berry Jr. of Rockford, Teddy Berry (Andrea), Shawn Merriman (Jamie) of Rockford, IL and Brett Merriman of Peoria, IL; and his siblings, Gerald Berry, Robert Berry, Kris Ballinger, Maryann Lottman and Connie Crumpton. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
