He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Lachey (Ed) of Arlington Heights, IL, Karen Burchfield (Kent) of St. Charles, IL, Susan Frank (Brian) of Manito, IL and Kim Talbott of Clarendon Hills, IL; his grandchildren, Matthew Lachey of Chicago, IL, Kathryn Lachey of Chicago, IL, Elizabeth Burchfield of Calgary, Adam Burchfield of Seattle, WA, Sarah Rollo (Derrick) of Lafayette, IN, Will Frank (Jennie) of Manito, IL, Chris Frank (Alex) of Pekin, IL, Delaney Talbott-Swain, Evan Talbott-Swain and Griffin Talbott-Swain of Clarendon Hills, IL; his great grandchildren, Kate, Clare, Luke, Ruth Rollo of Lafayette, IN, Nicky, Liam, Noah Frank of Manito, IL and Emmett Frank of Pekin, IL.; and his sister Pearl Clementz of Peoria, IL..

Due to COVID-19, a private service will be held, with Pastor Steve Oaks presiding.
