He was predeceased by: his mother LaVerne Howard; and his siblings, Bill Howard and Linda Howard. He is survived by: his wife Donna S. Taylor; his sons, Michael Howard (Rhonda) and Cliff Howard; his grandchildren, Ryan Howard, Chase Howard (Ali) and Mikayla Howard; his great grandchild Emmalie Howard; and his brothers, Bob Sidell (Carole) and Glenn Howard (Diana). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
