He was predeceased by: his mother Bernice Zielinski Fornoff; his brother Mark Fornoff; and his brothers-in-law, Rick Charlton and Dannie Allen. He is survived by: his father Robert Fornoff; his sons, Ryan Fornoff (Katrina) and David Fornoff; his grandchildren, Callan, Jude, Jacob and Ross Fornoff; and his sister Paula Charlton of Manito. He is also survived by niece and three nephews.
Memorial Contributions in Michael's honor may be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church, or the Meadow Lawn Cemetery fund.
