She is survived by: her husband Don Palmer; her daughters, Mandy Welborn (Chad) of Phoenix, AZ and Dawn Rosenbaum (Brian) of Pekin, IL; her siblings, Marchelle Gotwalt (Dave) of Blythedale, MO, Morris Ice of Eldon, MO, Mark Ice of Peoria, IL and Kevin Ice of Peoria, AZ; her granddaughters, Reese, Kale and Hayden; and her brother-in-law Ron Palmer (Carol) of Forest City, IL..
