She was predeceased by: her parents, George Skaggs and Elizabeth Skaggs (Bennett); and her siblings, Charles Skaggs, Rosa Beal, Jim Skaggs and Doretta Mason.
She is survived by: her sons, Curtis Meyer (Becky) of Green Valley and Wyatt Meyer (Erin) of Manito; her grandchildren, Brittany Oelze (Brock), Jake Meyer (Sabrina), Clint Meyer, Blake Meyer, Bryce Meyer and Kylie Meyer; her great grandchild Paityn Oelze; and her siblings, Betty Lippert of Havana and Bob Skaggs (Debbie) of Manito. She is also survived by her sons, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Mason City to Peoria St. Jude Run.
