It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Karen Burks of Manito, Illinois, born in Kirksville, Missouri, who passed away on December 8, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Darnell and Frances Aretta Darnell (Davis); her spouse Jimmie W. Burks; her siblings, Barbara O'Brien, Virgil Darnell, Victor Darnell, Howard Darnell and Sherry Bland; and her close friends, Oscar and Missy.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Parker (Brad) of Pekin, Bud White (Cindy) of Leopold and Ron White (April) of Osage Beach, Missouri; her stepchildren, Tressia Kelly of Bartonville, Sheila Kelley of Creve Coeur and Terry Burks of North Pekin; her siblings, Terry Darnell and Debbie Perry; and her pet Tommy. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, nine step-grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and twelve step-great-grandchildren.
