He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Tittle and Norma Tittle (Ball). He is survived by: his wife Janice Tittle of East Peoria; his stepdaughters, Kristina Manning of Peoria and Brittany Garland of East Peoria; his stepgrandchildren, Hunter Sier and Bailey Garland; his brother Brad Tittle of Pekin; his aunt Sandy Mabus; his cousins, Don Mabus and Diana Tellor; his pet Joey; and his son Ministries.
