It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Bailey Jr. (Manito, Illinois), born in Waverly, Illinois, who passed away on March 16, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Bailey and Flora Bailey; and his wife Leta Bailey. He is survived by: his son Richard Bailey (Nancy) of Pekin, Illinois; his sister Shirley May of Pekin, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Tammy Utsinger (Todd), Barry Lane (Ashleigh) and Angela Swiger (Tony). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
