We are sad to announce that on December 31, 2022, at the age of 83, Eugene Schmidgall of Manito, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Schmidgall and Henrietta Schmidgall; his wife Frances Kay Stadsholt; and his sister Elaine Gallafent. He is survived by: his sons, Brian Schmidgall (Kelly) of Green Valley and Trent Schmidgall (Carrie) of St. Johns, FL; his grandchildren, Zach Schmidgall (Kennedy) of McCordsville, IN, Kayla Riehle (Brandon) of Aurora, Ashley Blevins (Tyler) of Westfield, IN, Aaron Schmidgall of St. Johns, FL and Alex Schmidgall of Plano, TX; his siblings, David Schmidgall (Cheryl) of Delavan and Linda Hughes (Charley) of Carrollton, TX; and his great grandchild Kaydence Schmidgall.

Memorials may be made to the Assembly of God Church.
