He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles "Bud" and Irene Eldert (Hart); his wife Connie M. Carter; his siblings-in-law, Claudette Eldert, Beverly Rush of Daytona Beach, Nonie Sindle (Doug) of Manito and Tom Carter (Judi) of Corpus Christi, Texas; his aunt Elaine Martin of Orlando; his close friend Biddy DePoy of Pekin; his brother Charles Eldert; and his brother-in-law Packey Rush. He was also cherished by nephews and nieces.
