She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ray and Lillian DeVore (Gowan); her husband Ernest A. Nissen; her siblings, Donald, Harold, Earl, Nelson, Jim, Gene DeVore, Norma Croce and Nancy DeVore; and her grandson Bret Nissen.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Nissen (Gloria) of Mason City and Diane Reynolds (Dennis) of Manito; her grandchildren, Brock Nissen (Megan) of Mason City, Jason Reynolds of Peoria and Cari Caughey of Tremont; and her great grandchildren, Jonah, Kaleb Caughey, Jax, Tripp and Sloan Nissen.
