She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy W. Saunders and Lillian Saunders (Willock); her husband John Howard; her son Thomas Mathews; her grandson Tayler Durm; and her brother Roy "Bill" William Saunders.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Durm of Pekin and Troy Oertle (Heather) of Manito; her grandchildren, Tylina Durm of Pekin, Tanaya Durm of Oklahoma, Nickolas Durm of South Pekin, Ty-Austin Durm of East Peoria, Trentin Oertle of Manito, Trenity Oertle of Manito and Trissa Oertle of Manito; her great grandchildren, Braylene, Bre-Ella, Braylee, Trayden, Amara, Aryan and Tayler Ray; and her sister Judy Hayes.
