He is survived by: his wife Kathryn McGee; his children, William McGee, Jr. (Lynn Douglass-McGee), Robert McGee, Kathleen (Andrew Makela) and Margaret McGee (Conn Newton); and his grandchildren, Liam Makela, William, George Newton, Emma, Hannah McGee, Jane, Frances and Maeve Makela. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Given the rampant spread of Covid-19, the family understands if some choose not to attend.
