It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas E. Kendall (Manhattan, Illinois), who passed away on June 18, 2018, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Nancy Doty, Robert Kendall and John Kendall. He is survived by: his wife Karleen Kendall; his parents, Larry Kendall and Shirley Kendall; his children, Joshua Kendall, Erica Oktayuren (Ender), Michelle Kendall and Karlie Polhemus (Ryan); his grandchildren, Ender Jr., Elyse and Everett; his siblings, Carol McGuire (Bill), Michael Kendall and Patty Mancuso (Todd); and his brother-in-law Howard Doty. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
