She was predeceased by: her father William S. Bogusz; and her grandparents, Stanley, Veronica Bogusz, Herbert and Catherine Eggert.

She is survived by: her mother Sharon; her brothers, William (Mary), Michael (Kelly) and Joseph (Lisa); her nephews, Christopher, Andrew, John, Shawn, Tyler, Blake, Michael, Kameron, Nicholas and Joseph Jr.; and her great-nephew James.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials in Suzanne's name to the Sertoma Center, 4343 W. 123rd Street, Alsip would be most appreciated.
