He is survived by: his father Gerald Johnson of New Lenox; his wife Pamela; his daughter Hannah Matheny (Gage) of Sheboygan, WI; his siblings, Lori Johnson of New Lenox and Timothy Johnson (Bernadine) of Port Huron; his sister-in-law Starla Gray of Peotone; and his mother-in-law Clara Gray of Peotone. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
