We are sad to announce that on July 28, 2022, at the age of 84, Lawrence G. Schmidt (Manhattan, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Schmidt and Ann Schmidt. He is survived by: his wife Hester; his daughters, Judith Cullen (David), Anita Barton (Mark), Laura Schmidt (Rich) and Clara Brown (Alan); and his siblings-in-law, Margaret Kanne, Francis Knowles and Bob Zusag. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
