She is survived by: her daughter Gina Churnovic (Roman Sr.); her grandchildren, Roman Churnovic Jr., Maverick Churnovic, Orion Churnovic and Novalie Churnovic; and her siblings-in-law, Sheri Carbone (Vito), Alonna Contreras and Dee VanderHeyden.
