It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy E. Juozaitis of Manhattan, Illinois, who passed away on March 24, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Roarty and Dorothy Ruth Roarty; her grandparents, Dorothy, Christopher Arend, Mary Ellen and Daniel Roarty; her uncles, James, Bernard Roarty, Jack and Richard Arend; and her aunt Charlotte Bierer.
She is survived by: her husband Michael; her children, Edward of Peoria, Katherine of Rolling Meadows and Michelle Ziesmer (Michael) of Manhattan; her grandchildren, Marlie, Miranda and Miles; and her siblings, Nancy Maestas (late Trini) of Colorado, Patricia Lloyd (Dan) of Pontiac, Robert Roarty of Colorado and James Roarty (Rita) of Kansas.
In Joy's memory, donations in her name may be made to Joliet Area Community Hospice, 250 Waterstone Circle, Joliet, IL 60431 or any Catholic grade school in the Joliet Diocese would be most appreciated.
