Welke, Sr.; her children, Cheryl O'Toole (Gary), Charles Welke (Evelyn) and Rose Beebe (Jeff); her grandchildren, Taren O'Toole, Kile O'Toole (Laura), Carlie Pacheco (Hugo), Charles Welke III (Leslie), Jacob Welke, Kimberly Kreml (Josh), Blaine Beebe (Caroline) and Brenna Beebe; her great grandchildren, Connor, Jack, Hannah, Alaina, Allison, Ella, Violet, Charles IV, Pearl, Lillie, Knox and Lennox; and her sister Merryon Marnell (Walter). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
