She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Schroeder and Mildred Schroeder (Wendelsdorf); her husband Robert Hobbs; and her sisters, Sylvia Schmitz (George), Irene Bydalek (Willard) and Iola Hobbs.

She is survived by: her son Michael Hobbs (Stacie); her grandchildren, John (Emily), Jacob (Mike), Lucas and Maddie; her niece Michelle; and her nephew David.
