He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Scott Collins (Sherry), Shannon Loucks (Jerry) and Dawn Janik (Tony); his grandchildren, Joshua (Jessica), Codi Collins, Jeremy, Jacob, Hanah, Jonah, Jason, Abigail, Andrea, Ashley and Casey Friley (Jeremy); and his great grandchildren, Zoe, Willow, Tallulah and Hazel Collins.
