He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Kenneth Kwiatkowski (Marcy) and Leita Budge (Jason); his grandchildren, Amber Spiess (Joseph), Ashlee Barger, Andrew Barger, Jon-Michael Kwiatkowski (Reyna), Tyler Budge and Payton Budge; and his sister MaryAnn Doll. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
