He is survived by: his wife Marla Kay Barker of Manchester; his daughter Angela Stice of Carbondale; his grandchildren, Andrew, Natasha and Izzy; and his nieces and nephews, Jerry Stice Jr. (Marie), Wendell Crane, Georgia Oliver and Barbie Crane.
