It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Freeman (Malta, Illinois), born in DeKalb, Illinois, who passed away on February 6, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William B. Abbott and Dorothy I. Abbott (Mowers); and her siblings, Linda, Karen, Brenda and Roger.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmie Freeman; her sons, Douglas Freeman (Mary) and Gregory Freeman (Diane); her grandsons, Austin and Luke Freeman; and her brothers, William B. Abbott (Jean) and Willard "Woody" Abbott (Claudia). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; many dear friends.
