It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice J. Frye of Malta, Illinois, born in Ottawa, Illinois, who passed away on April 15, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Marks and Loeta Marks (Meisenheimer); and her husband Claude W. Frye. She is survived by: her children, Jill Schmitt (Andrew) of Earlville, John William Frye of Malta and Troy Barclay (Teffanie) of DeKalb; her grandchildren, Charles and Emily; and her siblings, Sue Shelton (Frank) of Cortland, John Marks (Patsy) and William Marks. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
