He is survived by: his wife Mari of Beloit, WI; his children, Kim Vander Pal (Ross) of Malta, IL, Micah Van Landingham (Tonia) of Beloit, WI, Eric Van Landingham of Janesville, WI, Jason Vander Pal (Val) and Rich Franklin (Kim) of Beloit, WI; his grandchildren, Noah, Taylor, Corbin, Mason, Irie, Winona, Brady, David, Maddie, Kaja, Caden and Dawson; his brothers, Ben of Woodstock, IL, Terry (Mary Jo) of Clinton, WI and Steve (Penny); his siblings-in-law, John Mustand of Hampshire, IL, Chuck Brockwell of Walworth, WI, Mike McCabe (Sally) of Beloit, WI and Lois Vander Pal; and his father-in-law Melvin McCabe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
