He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his daughter Cindy Bush; his grandchildren, Jamie Gifford (Eric), Ashley Shiparski (Kyle), Brittney Tolmie (Will), Allysen Bush, Michael Teague and Travis Bush; and his great grandchildren, Elaina Gifford, Gracin Gifford and Jaxson Bush.
