He is survived by: his wife Anna; his children, Michael Rutigliano (Norma), Maria Linda Male (Mark), Elsa Andres (Michael) and Michelle Bruning (Phil); his grandchildren, Mikala Ward (Nick), Peter Piazza, Hannah Hehn (Cody Starr), Jessica Monaco (Dominic), Miguel, Jayda and Nelly Delvalle; his great grandchildren, Aurora, Lucas Ward, Mia and Alba Monaco; and his siblings, Anna Benson (Jack), Linda Jensen (late Skip), Lucy Rutigliano, Joe Rutigliano (Madeline) and Frank Rutigliano (late Lucy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
