He was predeceased by: his child David C. Crehan; and his sibling James Crehan. He is survived by: his child Michele Crehan of Malden; his grandchildren, Jessica Crehan of Malden and Johnny Legrow of Maine; and his sibling Mary Evans of Florida.

It has been requested that in lieu of flowers contributions may be made in David's memory to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
