It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sue E Forby (Makanda, Illinois), born in Carbondale, Illinois, who passed away on November 19, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Robinson and Katharine Robinson (Wintersteen); her husband Donald Ray Forby; her brother Warren Robinson; her great great grandchild Finn Hickam; and her daughter-in-law Kim Forby.
She is survived by: her son Kenneth Ray; her daughter-in-law Anne Forby of Makanda; her daughter Donna Kay; her son-in-law Tom L. Stearns of Makanda; and her grandchildren, Brian Stearns (Susan), Clint Stearns (Shelly), Heather Greer (Andy), Jason Forby (Rachel) and Jaime Kline. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
Memorial donations are the preferred form of remembrance and may be made to the Southern Illinois Christian Conference Youth Camp % Donna Stearns, 5032 Old US Highway 51, Makanda, IL 62958 and will be accepted by the funeral home.
