She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Welch and Juanita Welch of Makanda, Illinois.; and her brother Edward L. Oschmann. She is survived by: her children, Ben and Gayla; and her husband Jesse Rowan of Makanda. She is also survived by her husband, children, and beloved grandchildren.
