She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Leslie and Bettie Louise Claus (Uecker); her sons, John L. Bobell Jr. and David A. Bobell; and her brother Leslie F. Claus.
She is survived by: her husband Dr. John L. Bobell (EdD); her son Chris C. Bobell; her daughter-in-law Dr. Jennifer Bobell, MD; her grandchildren, Patrick, Victoria, Emma and Callie; her sister Sandra Lee; and her niece Melissa Derr.
