It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Ray Francis in Makanda, Illinois, born in Marion, Illinois, who passed away on March 29, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman "Bill" Francis and Kay Francis; his wife Andrea Francis; and his brother Michael Francis. He is survived by: his brothers, David Francis (Martha), Bruce Francis (Beth), Tim Francis (Roberta) and John Francis (Susie); his sister-in-law Julie Francis (Nannie); his sister Alice Rowan (John); his sons, Benjamin Francis (Emalee), Jacob Francis (Leigh) and Paul Francis; and his granddaughters, Ava and Madelyn Francis.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society for those who wish to do so.
