He is survived by: his wife Kendra Buzbee of Makanda; his daughter Kylie; his son-in-law Trent Bounds; his son Cash; his pet Daisy; his parents, Charles Crews and Pamela Crews; his sister Kerri; his brother-in-law Klint Gale; his niece Katie Gale; his nephew Kreed Gale; his parents-in-law, Kenneth and Betty Buzbee; his brother-in-law Brent (Stacey Buzbee); his niece Kelsey Buzbee; and his nephews, Logan and Andy Buzbee.
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be made to an Educational Fund for Cash Crews or the Carbondale Community High School Lifesavers Group or Murphysboro High School Lifesavers Group.
