With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Rayburn Jr. of Mahomet, Illinois, born in Champaign, Illinois, who passed away on October 28, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Byron Rayburn and Mary Lorene Mahin Rayburn; his brother Maurice Rayburn; his niece Stephanie Wilson; and his brother-in-law William Bunting.

He is survived by: his children, Jessica D'Agostino (Vince) of Wheaton and Casey Rayburn of Hot Springs, CA; his siblings, Eileene Bunting of Lombard, Annalee Jellen (Gary) of Mahomet, Martha Henderson (Spencer) of Pontiac and Dean Rayburn of Mesa, AZ; and his grandchildren, Gabriella D'Agostino and Alexander D'Agostino.
