He was predeceased by: his parents, James Phillippe and Betty Phillippe (Raynor); his wife Lilma Phillippe (Ross); and his siblings, Terry Phillippe, Jimmy Phillippe and Vicky Price.
He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole Eichelberger (Michael) of Paxton and Kimberly Hilderbrandt (Mike) of Mahomet; his grandchildren, Sydney Eichelberger, Collin Vincent and Graci Vincent; and his sister Nancy Stunkard of Tolono.
