Robert A. Davis Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert A. Davis of Mahomet, Illinois, born in Sturgis, South Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 13, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Robert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George F. Davis and Mabel Long Davis; his wife Kathy Hicks; and his daughter Pam Davis. He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy Berg of Lafayette and Roxanne Davis of Clayton; and his sister Mable Flaigg of Vale. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Morgan Memorial (1304 Regency Dr W, Savoy, IL 61874). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
