She was predeceased by: her parents, William M. Underwood and Margaret J. "Janie" Scott Underwood; and her husband Lawrence Thomas Meers. She is survived by: her children, Jim (Suzanne Strait) of Chesapeake, Barry Meers (Theresa) of Mahomet and Melissa Ebken (Andrew) of Illiopolis; her grandchildren, Damon Ebken (Emily) of Riverton, Devon Ebken of Illiopolis, Olivia Ross (Grant) of Lexington and Rachel Whitehouse of Tampa; and her great grandchildren, Ryker, Emberlynn and Katarina Ebken.
