He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Johnson and Carrie Johnson; his son Mark Johnson; and his brother J. Delmer Johnson. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Polhemus; his children, Marla Kumpf (Paul), Daryl Johnson (Sheila) and Gary Johnson (Renee Monfort); and his brothers, Bernard and Leonard Johnson. He is also survived by six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
