With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph F. Willis of Mahomet, Illinois, born in Tamaroa, Illinois, who passed away on March 9, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Raymond and Marietta Merle Willis (Marlow); his wife Bobbi Willis (Wilson); and his siblings, Charles Willis, Betty Hequembourg and Jack Willis.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Jo Willis of Newton, IL, Paula Gwen Mueller (Todd) of Valencia, CA, William Joseph Willis (Teresa) of Blufton, SC and Mary Elizabeth Wileaver (Eric) of Savoy, IL; and his close friend Cathy Young of Carmi. He is also survived by five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
