He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Lewis; his son Kendrick; and his sister Helen. He is survived by: his children, Melinda Williams (Thomas) of Chicago, Sandra Froman (Mike) of El Paso, Susan Hurlbert (Jake) of Mahomet, Joseph Leavenworth and Michael Leavenworth (Amanda) of Mahomet; his daughter-in-law Ann Leavenworth; his grandchildren, Caleb, Ian, Mandy, Tia, Sean, Victor and Nicholas; his great grandchild Sophia; his brother Howard Leavenworth; and his pets, Lady Winnifred Chittendon, Tam, Shanter, Peaches, Teaberry, Shady and Street.

Edgar 'Ken' Leavenworth, Jr, 86 of Mahomet (formerly of High Springs FL and Bloomington IL), died on the morning of Saturday, April 16, 2022 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.
