She was predeceased by: her parents, F. Daryl Bell and Rosemary Bell (Eaton). She is survived by: her husband Tom Rice of Magnolia, IL; her children, Andrew Rice (Clarissa) of London Mills, IL and Tracy Koch of Chillicothe, IL; her grandchildren, Isaac, Jensen, Griffin Koch, Tanner Rice, Johnie and Michael; and her brothers, Michael Bell (Sheri) and David Bell (Linda). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Midwest Affiliate or Northwoods Community Church, Chillicothe Campus.
