He is survived by: his son Jacques Martel "Jock"; his wife Magnolia; his children, Jacques "Jock" Martell of Champaign, IL, Victor Earl, Edwin "Boogie" Antonio and Tamara Winston Johnson of Urbana, IL; his siblings, Patricia Roberts of Ford Heights, IL, Jacqueline Archey, Betty Zamora, Martel Cook of Jackson, MS, Ernest Cook and William "Squirt" Smith; his parents, Hiram Cook and Iola Cook; his brother Jerome Cook; his niece Renae Cook Turner; and his granddaughter Monique Lipscomb. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
